Dr. Armando Rojas, MD
Originally from Cuba, Dr. Rojas was raised in Atlanta, GA and he graduated from the University of Georgia with a Bachelor of Science in Genetica. His degree in medicine was obtained from Mercer University School of Medicine in Macon, Georgia. Medical internship and residency were completed at the University of South Florida. Dr. Rojas is a Diplomate, American Board of OB/GYN and a Fellow of the American College of OB/GYN. He is fluent in English and Spanish and presently resides in Hernando with his wife Starr and two children Armani and Oliva.

Mrs. Regina Epple, ARNP
Mrs. Epple is a 1994 graduate of the Emory University OB/GYN Nurse Practitioner program and has national certification as a Women's Health Nurse Practitioner. She is a member of the American Society for Colposcopy and Cervical Pathology. As a Registred Nurse for over twenty years, her work experience ranges from hospital services to Disaster Nursing with the Red Cross. She currently provides care for womem from the ages of 5 to 100. Prior to joining the Genesis Women's Center in 1977, she worked as an OB/GYN provider at the Citrus County Health Department. Originally from New York Regina and her husband of 30 years, Steve, reside in Inverness. Their son Ryan a UF graduate, is now attending Nova Southeastern University School of Pharmacy.

Dr. Thomas Antony, MD
Dr. Thomas Antony hails from Northern Kentucky. He graduated cum laude from Thomas More College with degrees in Biology and Chemistry. He attended the University of Louisville School of Medicine followed by a four year residency in OB/GYN in Roanoke, Virginia. After training, Dr Antony served in the US Air Force as both a flight surgeon and chief of OB/GYN at Edwards AFB in California. Dr. Antony left the service and returned to Kentucky where he entered private practice for 18 years as a partner in Stephens, Scudder, and Antony PSC. Dr. Antony moved to Inverness, Florida in June of 2003 to join Genesis Women's Center where he currently practices. He resides in Lecanto with his wife of 28 years Liz Antony who is an RN and a professional jazz vocalist. His daughter Emily attends the University of Kentucky School of Pharmacy. Son Tommy just graduated from Bellarmine University with a degrees in Biology and Chemistry and is working doing water quality and ecological research on the Ohio River. Son Matthew is a senior at Trinity High School in Ocala.

Dr. Carlos Rodrigues, MD
Dr. Rodriguez was born and raised in Puerto Rico. He completed a BS in Nuclear Medicine Technology and worked for the VA for eight years. In 1995 Dr. Rodriquez entered Medical School and in 1999 started his OB/GYN residency. In 1999 he became a CPT in the US Army Reserve and in 2002 was the Task Force Surgeon for a humanitarian mission to El Salvador. During his second year residency, Berlex Pharmaceutical awarded Dr. Rodriguez as the most distinguished in his group and in his senior year was selected as Administrative Chief Resident. After the Army, Dr. Rodriguez sharpened his surgical skills taking training at Walter Reed Medical Center including Advanced Laparoscopic and Hysteroscopic Techniques and urogynecological procedures to include the placement of mesh and Tension-free Vaginal Tape (TVT). Dr. Rodriguez and his family moved to Citrus County in November 2005 and the thing that impacted him and his family the most is how friendly everybody is. Dr. Rodriguez states, “I enjoy the Florida life, nature, the attractions, exercise and playing golf.”

Dr. Osorio, MD
Dr Osorio was born and raised in Puerto Rico. He graduated from Universidad Central del Carbe School of Medicine and spent two years at Mount Sinai Medical Center in Miami as an intern in General Surgery. Dr. Osorio graduated from the University of Puerto Rico, Science Campus as an Ob-Gyn. After seven years in a solo practice in San Juan, Puerto Rico, Dr. Osorio moved to Citrus County to join Genesis Women's Center in July of 2008. His current medical interests include pelvic reconstruction surgery and surgery for urinary incontinence. Currently he resides in Hernando with his wife, Katina, who is in healthcare administration and his stepson Manuel who attends Central Florida Community College. Daughter Viviana, who is 10 years old, resides in Puerto Rico with her mother and loves to spend summers, holidays and any chance she can in Hernando.
